Open TexMod.exe, click on on Folder icon, click Browse and select SPEED2.exe
Now in TexMod click on on small Folder icon, click Browse and choose REMASTER.tpf
Click on Run!

Be aware: TexMod.exe, will most certainly get false-positives by some Anti-Virus software, be assured that it is clear and not a malware, Download Need for Speed Underground 2 its a well-known instrument for older games.
